We went to see the new Bond last night, which we both enjoyed immensely. I might blog about it later, but what really annoyed me is itching to be blogged about.
The villain of the film is a slimy looking man, who is clearly supposed to be asthmatic. He has a reliever inhaler that he takes at various stages of the film, but as far as I (I've had asthma for most of my life, with some bad episodes for a few years while I lived in a house with cats, that I am very allergic to...) can tell, the poor old villain couldn't have got any good from it, because he barely breathed the damned stuff in!
Its the typical push inhaler, breathe in and breathe straight out thing! Its very annoying, as every asthmatic knows that when you inhale the medication (with your mouth closed around the inhaler so the stuff doesn't escape) you take a deep breath and hold it for a few seconds, to give it a change to "get in" properly.
Anyway, I found that very annoying, but I feel better now :-)

Yeah, well Hollywood OS etc....
I don't see this is any different to :
1) Jumping from great heights on moving things, and surviving
2) Getting beaten up, and in the next scene appearing almost unharmed
3) Using Hollywood OS for various screenshots/surveillance etc
4) Not locking a car....
Films dont have the time to spend e.g. 5 seconds watching and waiting while the guy inhales the stuff.....
It is fiction afterall....
All I can say is....
breathe ...
Its just a play.
he He , from one Wheezing Whiner to another. Nik
